Oversee branch operations by ensuring all services comply with federal, state, and local regulations including CMS, DOT, and FDA standards. Manage logistics teams to route orders efficiently while controlling inventory and placing purchase orders per restocking protocols. Address service concerns, conduct root cause analysis on customer failures, and collaborate with leadership to improve patient experience. Select, hire, train, and coach staff while establishing annual departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy. Maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to PPE and infection control procedures, and assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours. Assist with emergency equipment problems and scheduled patient assessments for home respiratory devices.
