Job Summary
Supervise production processes and personnel on the 3rd shift, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, safety practices, and production schedules. Responsible for cost-effective operations, scheduling, communicating upcoming events, promoting site initiatives (safety, lean, training), ensuring SOPs and GMP compliance, coaching employees, resolving performance issues, managing resources for on-time production and delivery, maintaining accurate production data and attendance records, enabling smooth startup of new processes, and supporting Lean Sigma and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree technical or business-related field required
