Supervisor Operacional

Coordinate and oversee the operational activities of the Mechanical Sorting Unit (UTM), serving as the tactical link between the Operations Manager and Shift Leaders. Monitor productivity to identify bottlenecks affecting contractual performance, ensuring compliance with waste processing rate targets. Supervise service quality, recovery rates, and material purity standards while controlling service routes and supporting Safety and HR teams. Respond to audits, support client environmental awareness campaigns, and guarantee the minimum operational headcount across both shifts. Develop commercial spot service proposals and prepare client result presentations. Control center cost expenses and ensure strict adherence to Veolia and client procedures.
