Job Summary
Lead and oversee a district-wide counseling and social work program for K-12 students, including AVID and postsecondary initiatives, guidance on graduation requirements, records management, FERPA compliance, and collaboration with district leadership; recruit, supervise, and evaluate district-level student services staff; establish partnerships with community and external agencies; coordinate Advanced Placement testing, PSAT, and College Board activities; manage budgets and grants; drive professional development and program evaluation to improve student well-being and academic success.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling with a School Counselor PreK-12 endorsement
- School counseling experience required
- Administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred
