Job Summary
Supervisor of Student Services provides districtwide leadership and overseen MTSS and PBIS implementation to support student well-being, academic success, and equitable access to supports. Leads the Behavioral Health Team, ensures compliance with COMAR/IDEA/504, supervises district student services staff and interns, partners with schools and community agencies, and drives data-driven improvements in attendance, behavior, mental health, and school climate. Requires Master’s degree in a related field, Administrator I endorsement, and 5+ years of student services experience. Travel is implied for system-wide coordination; position located at Central Office in Prince Frederick, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or School Counseling required
- Administrator I endorsement required or eligible
- 3 years of school system experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a student service-related area
