Job Summary
Supervisor of Psychotherapy oversees clinical supervision of staff while maintaining a clinical caseload to support the department. Responsibilities include hiring/evaluating staff with the Manager, orienting and supervising clinical duties, training staff, facilitating meetings, ensuring quality assurance and up-to-date records, conducting diagnostic assessments/comprehensive evaluations, providing coverage as needed, and promoting evidence-based services to support readiness to learn and community living.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and licensure in social work, psychology or other clinical discipline
- Two years of postgraduate experience in a mental health required
- Board approved supervisor preferred
- Meets the qualifications of a mental health professional as defined in 245i
- One (1) year or more experience in supervision preferred
