Job Summary
Supervisor of Life Enrichment leads and inspires a team to design, implement, and evaluate person-centered programming for residents, with a focus on memory care and meaningful daily experiences. Responsibilities include supervising Life Enrichment staff, coordinating innovative programming across spiritual, psychosocial, physical, and emotional needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, overseeing memory care activities, managing departmental budgets and transportation, and driving resident engagement and community outings. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years of experience with seniors or community services (memory care preferred), a Minnesota Class C driver’s license, knowledge of life enrichment programming and care planning, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to pass background checks and DOT-related screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with seniors or community services; memory care experience preferred
- Minnesota Class C driver’s license in good standing
- Knowledge of life enrichment programming, assessments, care planning, and activity documentation
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening, obtain and maintain DOT card
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and families
Desired Qualifications
