Job Summary
Supervisor of Inbound Operations leading a 20-25 person warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient inbound receipt, put-away, and shipment of products; accountable for shift coverage, quality and productivity metrics (cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, missed scans); coordinates with HR for hiring and development; drives continuous improvement initiatives (Gemba walks, Kaizen, takt boards), and oversees scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
