Oversee planning and implementation of hospital food service programs and menus; lead hiring, training, and staff development; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies; manage production schedules, budgets, and staffing models; collaborate with departments to deliver high-quality patient and guest meals, focusing on heart-healthy options and customer satisfaction; develop and refine menu programs, supervise culinary staff, and drive continuous improvement in food quality, safety, and service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Serve Safe Certification
- Two years beyond high school in culinary arts or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible work experience
