Supervisor of Facilities-Operations, Durango School District, 1.0 FTE

Direct, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate maintenance engineers and day custodial personnel assigned to district facilities; lead preventative maintenance programs, manage work orders and safety compliance, coordinate with contractors and vendors, provide event support, and ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational. Act as the primary facilities leader for assigned campuses, collaborating with district leadership to uphold district-wide standards, operational continuity, and customer service while supervising staff, managing staffing resources, training and development, budget stewardship, and adherence to applicable policies and regulations.
