Job Summary
The Clinic Supervisor (LHCP) plans, organizes, evaluates, and manages all operational functions of the site to deliver quality services and cost containment. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, addressing personnel and workflow issues, collaborating across departments to optimize patient flow and care, supporting revenue cycle initiatives, and guiding staffing and leadership collaboration with nursing and department leads to enhance care delivery. The role emphasizes organizational and quality care improvement, staff development, and fostering positive relationships with hospital systems and referring offices, with accountability for employee interviewing, retention, and performance across the site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of (2) years healthcare/practice management experience preferred.
- Experience in oncology setting preferred.
