Job Summary
Coach the Client Service team through expert guidance, performance evaluations, and individual growth plans to optimize productivity and morale. Maintain high operational efficiency by identifying process enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and owning deadlines while fostering strong interdepartmental collaboration. Lead project initiatives, coordinate training materials, and manage HR functions including attendance and team dynamics to ensure successful execution of the Client Service Management function.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide expert guidance, coaching, and development to a team
- High level of communication competency with internal and external groups
- Ability to structure complex communication messages
- Proactive identification of opportunities for enhancement, new offerings/processes, and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage deadlines, assist others, and maintain personal responsibility for tasks
- Strong ability to influence others, foster collaboration, and manage team dynamics
- Experience in overseeing employee development, evaluating performance, and managing HR/personnel responsibilities
- Ability to identify and propose strategies to problems impacting the team and get buy-in on solutions
