Job Summary
Oversees room service operations for patients and leads the Patient Services team; ensures menus and food products comply with federal, state and local regulations as well as doctors' diet restrictions; develops menus to meet nutritional standards; directs staff training, coaching, and performance management; coordinates with call center operations and production to standardize service across facilities; manages staff scheduling and labor hours; ensures safety, sanitation, and service recovery; participates in hiring and onboarding of staff; demonstrates strong customer service, teamwork, and willingness to learn in a health-system environment.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
