Supervisor Nursing Outpatient

Job Summary
Supervises outpatient nursing staff and coordinates clinic operations to ensure high-quality patient care. Manages scheduling, staffing, and workflows; mentors and evaluates clinical team members; ensures adherence to regulatory and professional standards (ANA Code of Ethics) and Corewell Health policies; collaborates with providers, administrators and other disciplines; drives performance improvement initiatives and quality outcomes across the ambulatory clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Related to clinical nursing experience
- Required 1 year of relevant supervisory or management experience
- LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
- Spine Center 180 Days required
Additional Requirements
- Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Michigan
