Job Summary
Manage the MACC Fund Center Ambulatory staff, including pediatric nurses, nurse clinicians, and clinic assistants, by overseeing recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, and compliance with department policies. Supervise patient care activities across Hematology, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant clinics, the Day Hospital, and the Infusion Center while optimizing clinic throughput and responding to variations in patient volume and acuity. Lead budget planning, monitor monthly variances, and ensure seamless care transitions between outpatient and inpatient settings. Develop staffing plans, oversee orientation processes, and drive staff development initiatives in partnership with leadership to improve recruitment, retention, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years experience with demonstrated knowledge of general clinical operations and standards of nursing practice
- Collaborative and interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective leadership within complex systems that cross multiple CW departments and outside organizations
- Analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills required to assess complex systems, implement and monitor systems
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council
- License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin

- Bachelor's Degree Consideration will be given to applicants currently enrolled in a baccalaureate program in nursing with an anticipated graduation date within two years of hire
