Supervisor Nursing - Dialysis - Roper Hospital

Manage personnel to ensure availability of credentialed, clinically competent staff for assigned dialysis patients while advising on hiring, retention, and recruitment. Coordinate financial, material, and human resources to monitor expense budgets, prepare cost center budgets, and ensure economical utilization of supplies and equipment. Lead performance improvement initiatives, participate in accreditation inspections, and resolve clinical and medical-legal issues through effective communication with medical staff and departments. Conduct rounds to assess activity levels, address emergent situations, and implement unit cultures responsive to patient and family needs. 40 weekly hours in days/evens shifts; dialysis experience preferred. South Carolina RN license with current BLS certification required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least two years of RN experience required.
