Job Summary
Great leadership opportunity to supervise day-to-day nursing operations in a clinic setting, overseeing nursing activities and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating care, patient education, triage, staff management, performance improvement, and collaboration with providers; maintaining records and reports, ensuring safety, and supporting budget-related tasks. Must maintain nursing certifications and licenses, stay current with regulatory standards, and demonstrate strong communication and change-management skills in a structured ambulatory clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Three years’ experience as a registered nurse (RN) in a clinical role preferred
- Unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing or multistate license under NLC
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area
- Leadership/administrative experience or potential within rural health context (for certain facilities)
