Supervisor-Nurse RN

Oversee daily nursing operations on the inpatient rehabilitation unit by supervising and mentoring nursing staff, managing patient assignments, and coordinating care plans. Monitor quality and compliance while supporting discharge planning and educating patients and families to deliver safe, evidence-based rehab services. Work within a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to specialty training and leadership development.
