Job Summary
Oversee daily activities of a team to ensure timely, high-quality task completion; provide clear instructions, training, and support to staff to boost performance; monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to policies; identify and resolve workflow issues; conduct regular team meetings to share updates and gather feedback; collaborate with management to align team objectives with broader goals; ensure safety standards and PPE usage; assign and monitor tasks for housekeeping/floor technician staff; coordinate requisitions for supplies with the Project Manager; resolve staff issues and manage workloads to maintain efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
