Job Summary
Oversee daily janitorial operations at Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics by assigning tasks to housekeeping and floor technicians, monitoring progress through spot checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and uniform policies. Provide clear instructions and training to staff while resolving operational issues, coordinating supply requisitions, and conducting regular team meetings to address feedback and performance. Monitor attendance, productivity, and workload distribution to maintain efficient workflows and address complaints promptly. Requires high school diploma, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Located at Joint Base Andrews-Bolling, MD, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating motorized cleaning equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
