Job Summary
Electronics Repair Lab Supervisor leads the Electronics Repair Lab team, overseeing refurbishment and repair of electronic components such as circuit cards and power supplies to support Vistra Generation Fleet. Responsibilities include supervising and developing Electronic Repair Specialists, prioritizing assignments/backlog, coordinating parts purchasing and cost tracking, ensuring QA compliance and defect-free parts, interacting with generating plants and stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks to uphold lab business practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with electronic circuit board testing, troubleshooting and repair
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical/Electrical Technical Certification preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
