Supervisor, Nuclear Lab Repair

Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day Electronics Repair Lab operations, supervises Electronic Repair Specialists, and ensures refurbishment and repair of electronic components such as circuit cards and power supplies to support plant performance. Manages staff workload, coordinates with generating plants, facilitates parts purchasing, cost tracking, and ensures QA program requirements are met. Responsible for maintaining defect-free parts and supervising lab processes, with emphasis on cost effectiveness and collaboration with plants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical/Electrical Technical Certification preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with electronic circuit board testing, troubleshooting and repair
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
