Job Summary
Oversee production shift operations, train and manage 15+ employees, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency against daily/weekly goals. Responsible for scheduling, directing daily workflow, communicating with and motivating staff, delivering timely performance evaluations, and identifying process improvements to reduce costs and increase output. Troubleshoots production issues, coordinates with maintenance on equipment problems, and ensures proper documentation and compliance with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years' experience managing at least 15 people
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
