Job Summary
Supervise sales associates/baristas; assist the store manager in maintaining a positive work environment; lead training initiatives for team members; ensure excellent guest service and promote product knowledge; enforce safe work practices; act as manager on duty in the absence of the store manager; monitor inventory levels and participate in ordering; contribute to a positive team culture and work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and support team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Understanding of food and beverage products is a plus
