Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Experience in supervisory or team leader roles in retail or fast-paced customer-facing environments
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide and support a in-store team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service, presentation and store operational standards
- Passion for retail, solid product knowledge and trend awareness, and ability to promote brand values (JD Group)
- Ability to support daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and accurate transaction management
