Job Summary
Maintain working knowledge of emergency policies and respond immediately to alarms by determining courses of action, notifying authorities, and assisting as needed. Ensure event staff and security are deployed to assigned areas while providing direction on job functions and coordinating required breaks. Assist with customer service needs before, during, and after shows, including directions, escorts, medical incidents, and emergencies. Perform administrative functions for timesheets, payroll, reports, and credentials. Prepare written disciplinary documentation as needed. Be diligent in security and safety awareness, developing recommendations for new safety procedures based on incident reports. Implement security and safety improvements that benefit company assets, visitors, tenants, and employees as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screening where required
- any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certification (willing to train)
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Security Guard license is preferred
