Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility by supervising attendants, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Train new staff on washing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after washing to maintain quality control. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment while keeping the facility clean, organized, and safe. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs. Requires high school diploma, strong leadership skills, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
