Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility by supervising attendants, ensuring adherence to policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Train new staff on washing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Inspect vehicles pre- and post-wash for quality control, manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean, organized, safe environment. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management while performing other assigned duties to meet business needs. This role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, basic computer skills, and strong leadership abilities. We offer competitive pay up to $18 per hour, a full benefit package after the waiting period, paid time off, and free car washs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
