Job Summary
Coordinate shipping and handling of tools and materials for field service jobs while arranging customer facility access and scheduling travel for technicians. Plan, prioritize, and report on production activity, manage time entry, and approve expense reports for deployed mechanics. Facilitate in-house repair and refurbishment of production components, develop facility capabilities, and lead functional teams in coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution. Manage multiple projects within a fast-paced production environment requiring risk management articulation and MS Office proficiency. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with five years of relevant experience and US citizenship for secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree with 3 years experience
- An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience leading functional teams including coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, team development, and employee engagement
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic production work environment
- Experience with MS Office products - PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word
- Experience articulating and presenting risk management concepts
- Ability to obtain a US Government secret clearance
- US citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or other technical field
- Experience with the fundamentals of MRP
- Experience with engineering drawings (GD&T), inspection methods, and technical procedures
- Minimum 5 years' experience with production/handling of marine machinery or equivalent
