Supervisor - Microbiology/Hematology

Supervise microbiology and hematology staff; provide oversight of quality, regulatory compliance, safety, and service delivery; manage projects, budgeting, document management, and strategic planning; develop and implement new laboratory services; collaborate with internal and external resources and customers; lead special projects through the laboratory startup/post-launch phase; role is on-site with shifts across first, second, and third tiers in a startup environment.
