Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs for specific accounts or group sites by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing subordinate employees. Evaluate employee performance through completed work assignments, identify training needs, and ensure proper labor relations and safety requirements are maintained. Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work while staying familiar with cleaning chemical components and Standard Operating Procedures. Work Sunday-Thursday from 2:30pm-11:00pm in Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense, or Aerospace environments, ensuring compliance with GMP spaces or data center protocols where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas
- well-versed in safety requirements
- well-versed in equipment use
- well-versed in scheduling
- well-versed in training
- Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to learn and understand Scope of Work & Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
