Job Summary
Oversee mental-health programming across Metro Detroit focusing on youth and Jewish communal partners; supervise youth mental health coordinators, suicide prevention coordinators, and BBYO social workers; provide clinical guidance; co-chair JCADA; coordinate crisis response and mass casualty planning; manage grants, data collection, and program evaluation; collaborate with external partners and community organizations; deliver trainings (ASIST, safeTALK); ensure documentation and reporting; support quality improvement and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related human service field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human services, with prior supervisory, team leadership, or program coordination experience preferred
