Supervisor - Mechanical Maintenance

Supervise and mentor a team of millwrights by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mining equipment, including crushers, haul trucks, and conveyors, while ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective activities. Troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime and enforce safety standards through regular meetings and inspections. Manage inventory levels, collaborate with procurement for materials, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment metrics. Prepare reports for management and identify process enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices.
