Job Summary
Lead Packaging Engineering Team to define strategy, standards, and roadmap for packaging engineering; oversee workload planning, resource allocation; drive cost optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement; coordinate with product lead, manufacturing, service, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams; review and approve packaging technical decisions; develop team capability through coaching, training, and performance management; ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and governance of packaging standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of packaging engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations
- Proven experience establishing engineering standards and governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with PLM, change management, and compliance processes
