Job Summary
Support store manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, merchandise checks, deposits, and sales floor merchandising. Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy while adhering to cash protection procedures. Coach sales staff and promote products to drive customer satisfaction and exceed sales goals. Maintain a clientele book and assist with operational excellence. This role requires at least two years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory capacity. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
- Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in similar role
- Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in similar role
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office
- Ability to influence and negotiate
