Job Summary
Supervisor, Materials Management responsible for directing site materials functions (planning, cycle counting, SAP material management) including receipt, requisitions, material movements, Kanban development, and replenishment. Leads inventory control, change control, and process improvements; develops, documents, and standardizes procedures; hires and trains team; ensures quality records and SOP compliance; coordinates cross-department activities; requires strong leadership, GMP/CAP awareness, SAP/ERP proficiency, and ability to travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain (or related field) or High School Degree/General Education Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or material handling operations
- 3+ years of experience with database, spreadsheets, and statistical programs
- 3+ years of experience utilizing SAP for inventory management or other ERP systems
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
