Job Summary
Supervisor – Mass Spec responsible for leading the mass spectrometry staff and laboratory operations. Oversees quality, service levels, regulatory compliance, safety, document management, and financial aspects; develops and implements new services; coordinates with internal and external resources; completes special projects for leadership and laboratory directors; role is a limited-tenure launch position intended to transition to a permanent infrastructure role as the new company/lab matures; shifts include Early, Mid, and Late (2:00 AM–2:30 AM range) with Tuesday–Saturday schedule; on-site in Southaven, MS and Rochester, MN, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher typically expected for supervisory roles (not explicitly stated in posting)
