Job Summary
Supervisor, Manufacturing role leading the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Accountable for safety, customer quality, cost and delivery; develop and mentor a high-performing, flexible team; implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles; manage production to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets with emphasis on quality and delivery; maintain 6S environment. IR 4.0/5.0 and automation background is a plus. Requires minimum bachelor degree in management or engineering; strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with SAP/MES; willingness to work in a 12-hour shift and in a Class 1K/C100K cleanroom. Strong analytics, cost-saving mindset, and ability to collaborate across departments are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree in management / engineering.
- Communicates and assists other departments as needed.
- Good knowledge in 6S / Safety & ESD production environment.
- Able to work 12hours & Class 1K/C100K cleanroom.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma / Lean expert
- Project management & other Engineering related certification
