Supervisor, Manufacturing Production (3rd Shift)

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for assigned lines, cells, or shifts, assigning labor and managing attendance to meet production needs. Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while monitoring productivity, quality, and scrap levels to take corrective action as required. Lead shift start-up, handoff, and daily accountability meetings, addressing employee performance issues through coaching and feedback. Partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues, investigate near misses and safety incidents, and ensure standard work procedures are followed consistently. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and delivery. This role provides first-line leadership for production employees to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
