Job Summary
Manage a manufacturing team to achieve production goals including test starts, ship outs, productivity, quality, yield, cycle time, and OEE while ensuring effective resource utilization. Lead daily operations in test semicon manufacturing to meet customer requirements, applying Total Quality Management principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Oversee team activities to maintain high standards in a global semiconductor environment focused on breakthrough technologies for automation, robotics, and healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge and leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or management
- At least six (6) years experience in test semicon manufacturing
- Three (3) years directly related and progressive supervisory experience
- Total Quality Management experience or Six Sigma certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
