Manage MRE Engineering Technicians executing DET Guzik and QMT testing activities, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting to support production and engineering operations. Oversee technician attendance, chair meetings on MRE, tardiness, safety, and discipline, and lead continuous improvement projects. Provide refresher training sessions, assign regular OJT, and coordinate IMS audit preparations while liaising with Sputter engineers and other departments. Maintain equipment readiness and timely data reporting to drive quality improvement in manufacturing performance.
