Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of operations experience in a cGMP environment
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Cell/Gene Therapy experience
- Experience interacting with FDA and other regulatory agencies
- Experience in tech transfer, process validation, and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
