Job Summary
Lead, coach and motivate the sales floor team to achieve KPI targets and location performance targets; support management in implementing action plans to reach short- and long-term objectives; develop team members’ product and selling skills through coaching and training; foster a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base; drive the use of tools and ensure procedures and policies are followed; maintain awareness of competitors and local markets and share findings with the Area Manager and retail team; requires strong leadership, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, adaptability, commercial acumen, brand knowledge, networking and relationship-building abilities.
