Job Summary
Supervise maintenance employees to ensure optimal operation of production machinery and building systems. Responsibilities include managing critical spare parts programs, ensuring timely completion of work orders, providing technical guidance, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. Require a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least five years in trade supervision and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience working or supervising in the vocation trades
- Two to three years experience supervising in a production maintenance environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Ability to motivate direct reports and provide coaching
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
