Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations for the facility as an entry-level leader, supervising a team across shifts, prioritizing and scheduling preventive and routine maintenance, providing technical support, training and developing staff, ensuring safety procedures and quality standards are followed, maintaining maintenance documentation and records (including Kronos time entries), managing contractors on maintenance projects, communicating across departments to minimize production disruptions, and contributing to budget and PM program execution while promoting efficiency and safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- 0-2 years of management experience
