Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for planning and supervising the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance for all equipment. Will direct, coordinate, and support maintenance personnel, work with contractors, vendors, or company engineering in modification or installation of equipment, and troubleshoot technical problems. Ensure OSHA standards are implemented, instruct PPE usage, improve ergonomics, coordinate team member schedules and attendance records, and lead regular safety meetings. The role includes supervisory responsibilities and interaction with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve facility operations and equipment performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible maintenance roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Preferred Poultry plant maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Computer skills
