Supervisor Maintenance Electrical

Directly supervise the Maintenance Division activities to ensure a productive workforce aligned with CEC, NRC regulations, and company goals; supervise craft personnel to ensure safe, effective maintenance work by qualified workers; administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management including disciplinary action; communicate with Maintenance Manager and CEC management, INPO, and regulatory agencies; participate in work control coordination, outage activities, and scheduling; oversee training programs, surveillance, CAP, and procedure revisions; supervise vendor inspections and ensure procurement and use of materials, parts, tools, and M&TE; contribute to development and monitoring of corporate, CEC, and divisional goals; perform other duties including emergency response and outage support.
