Supervisor Maintenance

Manage the maintenance team by overseeing safety, productivity, training, and employee relations while spending at least 70% of time in the field coaching the workforce. Execute planned work schedules with assigned resources, including internal staff and contractors, and coordinate area down days, inspections, and major turnarounds. Utilize the computerized maintenance management system for work order tracking, spare parts cataloging, and inventory control. Enforce plant-specific policies regarding lockout, PPE, and environmental compliance, and verify contractor insurance certifications before work begins. Address work performance and attendance issues, communicate personnel matters to the Maintenance Manager, and maintain accurate documentation of work order history and callout activity. Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Planner, Inspectors, Electrical Supervisor, and Production Supervisors to develop manpower assignments and recommend job plan changes.
