Job Summary
Provide frontline leadership for Mechanics and E&I Mechanics while developing and implementing repair procedures and training programs for key equipment. Lead the area reliability program by coordinating API and locally mandated inspections, managing the plant maintenance program within the SAP PM Module, and serving as the primary contact for contractors. Execute capital projects as a field coordinator, optimize spare parts inventory and budgets, and ensure standard work processes are followed. Facilitate excellent health and safety performance, drive Root Cause Analysis to eliminate equipment failures, and implement systems for proactive maintenance including MTBF and TEEP analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years' experience in reliability and/or maintenance positions
- Previous Maintenance and Reliability experience
- Maintenance understanding and background
- Ability to quickly respond to Manufacturing's needs
- Experience in turning analysis into a sustainable and repeatable process
- Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance work flow processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews
- High degree of tact in dealing with both plant staff and maintenance personnel
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management Modules
