Job Summary
Conduct daily audits for LPA, EHS, and 5S while ensuring operational processes and documentation are followed consistently. Assign resources to meet production targets, drive daily maintenance prioritization, and execute Level 1 through 3 TPM activities. Supervise a team of production staff across multiple departments, coach Team Leaders, and complete performance reviews with constructive feedback. Lead cross-functional collaborations to resolve issues and actively participate in core team meetings to drive KPIs using Pareto analysis, A3, 8D, and Shainin tools.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of technologies and applications used in manufacturing products and in the optimization of manufacturing processes
- Advanced experience with computer technology
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years' experience in leadership
- Travel is occasionally required, up to 5% of the time
